Accounts

Two accounts. One login. No tiers to decode.

Every NOVEDOX registration comes with a demo account funded with $10,000 in simulated balance and a live account you can fund when you are ready. Same instruments, same prices, same 200:1 default leverage.

The short version

No account tiers, no minimum-balance games

Plenty of brokers publish a wall of account types, Standard, Gold, Platinum, VIP, where the meaningful differences are buried in footnotes and the good conditions arrive only with a large deposit. We do not run that model. There is one set of trading conditions, and the only distinction that matters is whether the money is simulated or real.

When you register, both accounts are created behind a single login. The demo arrives with $10,000 in simulated balance already credited, ready before you have deposited anything. The live account sits alongside it, waiting for identity verification and a deposit whenever you decide to make one.

You switch between them inside the web terminal. Balances, positions and trade history are kept entirely separate, so nothing you do on the demo touches real capital and nothing on the live account is muddled with practice trades.

Demo vs live

Every difference, in one table

The trading conditions are deliberately identical. What changes is funding, verification and what happens to the profit and loss.

Mechanics

How your accounts are structured

Identity

Your account number

Each trading account is issued its own account number when it is created. That number is how the account is identified in the terminal, in your records and in any conversation with our support team. Your demo and live accounts carry different numbers, which is what keeps their balances, positions and history cleanly apart.

Quote your account number when you contact support, and always say whether you mean the demo or the live one.

Denomination

USD as base currency

Every NOVEDOX account is denominated in US dollars. Balance, equity, margin and both floating and realised profit and loss are all expressed in USD, whichever instrument you traded to produce them.

Because deposits arrive as USDT, a dollar-referenced stablecoin. There is no currency conversion step between funding your account and trading it.

Switching

Moving between accounts

Switching happens inside the terminal, not by logging out and back in. Select the account you want and the whole workspace follows: balance, open positions, order tickets and history all change to that account.

The active account is always labelled on screen. Before you place an order, it is worth a two-second glance. The discipline is cheap and misreading which account you are on is not.

Leverage

What 200:1 actually means

At 200:1, a position is backed by margin equal to a fraction of its notional size, so a relatively small balance can control a much larger exposure. That cuts both ways with perfect symmetry: gains and losses are both magnified against your capital.

This is exactly why the demo exists. Practise position sizing at 200:1 with simulated funds until the numbers feel intuitive. Read the risk disclosure before trading a live account.

Verification

What verification unlocks

Two layers. Email verification via a one-time passcode confirms the address is yours and is required at registration. It is what gives you the demo account. Identity verification through our KYC partner Didit is what enables a live account.

Verification is a regulatory obligation for handling real client funds, not an optional extra, and it is also the safeguard that stops someone else operating an account in your name. Withdrawals, when they roll out, will require a fully verified account.

Funding

Depositing to a live account

Live accounts are funded with USDT over three networks: TRC-20, BEP-20 and ERC-20. You generate a deposit address in the client area, send from your wallet or exchange, and the balance is credited once the transaction has the required network confirmations.

Always match the network to the address you were given, sending on the wrong chain can make funds unrecoverable. Costs and minimums are covered on commission & incentives, and the flow itself is at deposit.

Getting set up

From registration to a funded account

  1. 1

    Register and confirm email

Sign up with your email address and enter the one-time passcode we send you. That is the whole registration, no documents at this stage.

  2. 2

    Trade the demo

$10,000 in simulated balance is already there. Learn the terminal, test your approach and get comfortable with 200:1 sizing before any real money is involved.

  3. 3

    Verify your identity

Complete identity verification through Didit when you want to go live. You will need a valid government-issued photo ID and a device with a camera.

  4. 4

    Deposit and switch

Fund with USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20. Once credited, switch to the live account in the terminal and trade the same instruments you already know.

There is no rush at step three. The demo account has no time limit and does not expire after a trial window. Some traders stay on it for months. Moving to a live account is entirely your decision, and nobody at NOVEDOX will pressure you to make it. If anyone contacts you claiming otherwise, tell support.

Account FAQ

Questions we get most

Do I have to deposit anything to open an account?

No. Registration is free and your demo account is credited with $10,000 in simulated balance automatically. You can trade all 31 instruments on live streaming prices at 200:1 default leverage without ever funding anything. A deposit is only needed for a live account.

Does my demo account expire?

No. There is no trial window and no expiry date. The demo sits alongside your live account permanently, which makes it a useful place to test an unfamiliar instrument or a new approach even after you have started trading real capital.

Can I reset my demo balance if I blow it up?

Yes, contact support and we will reset the simulated balance for you. It happens to almost everyone at least once, and learning what a 200:1 position does to an account is precisely what the demo is for. Live account balances cannot be reset, because they reflect real deposits and real results.

Why do I need identity verification for a live account?

Any firm handling real client funds is required to verify who its clients are. We use Didit for that check. It also protects you: verification is what prevents someone who obtains your email from operating a funded account in your name. Demo trading needs none of it.

How do I fund a live account, and what does it cost?

With USDT over the TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20 networks. Generate a deposit address in the client area, send from your wallet or exchange, and the funds are credited after the required confirmations. NOVEDOX does not add a deposit fee. The only cost is the blockchain network fee, which is set by the network and not by us. Details are on the commission & incentives page and at deposit.

Can I withdraw my funds?

Withdrawal functionality is still being built and is not available yet. When it rolls out it will require a fully verified account. We would rather state that plainly here than let you discover it after depositing, please factor it into your decision about when and how much to fund.

Can I have more than one live account?

The standard setup is one demo and one live account per registration, each with its own account number. If you have a specific reason to need a different arrangement, talk to support and we will tell you honestly what is possible today.

Is two-factor authentication available?

Not yet 2FA is in development. Today, account access is protected by your password and by email one-time-passcode verification. In the meantime, use a strong unique password, keep your email account itself secured, and never share a passcode with anyone, including people claiming to be from NOVEDOX. We will never ask you for one.
