Identity
Your account number
Each trading account is issued its own account number when it is created. That number is how
the account is identified in the terminal, in your records and in any conversation with our
support team. Your demo and live accounts carry different numbers, which is what keeps
their balances, positions and history cleanly apart.
Quote your account number when you contact support,
and always say whether you mean the demo or the live one.
Denomination
USD as base currency
Every NOVEDOX account is denominated in US dollars. Balance, equity, margin and both floating
and realised profit and loss are all expressed in USD, whichever instrument you traded to
produce them.
Because deposits arrive as USDT, a dollar-referenced stablecoin. There is no
currency conversion step between funding your account and trading it.
Switching
Moving between accounts
Switching happens inside the terminal, not by logging out and back in. Select the account you
want and the whole workspace follows: balance, open positions, order tickets and history all
change to that account.
The active account is always labelled on screen. Before you place an order, it is worth a
two-second glance. The discipline is cheap and misreading which account you are on is
not.
Leverage
What 200:1 actually means
At 200:1, a position is backed by margin equal to a fraction of its notional size, so a
relatively small balance can control a much larger exposure. That cuts both ways with perfect
symmetry: gains and losses are both magnified against your capital.
This is exactly why the demo exists. Practise position sizing at 200:1 with simulated funds
until the numbers feel intuitive. Read the risk disclosure
before trading a live account.
Verification
What verification unlocks
Two layers. Email verification via a one-time passcode
confirms the address is yours and is required at registration. It is what gives you the
demo account. Identity verification through our KYC
partner Didit is what enables a live account.
Verification is a regulatory obligation for handling real client funds, not an optional extra,
and it is also the safeguard that stops someone else operating an account in your name.
Withdrawals, when they roll out, will require a fully verified account.
Funding
Depositing to a live account
Live accounts are funded with USDT over three networks: TRC-20, BEP-20 and ERC-20. You
generate a deposit address in the client area, send from your wallet or exchange, and the
balance is credited once the transaction has the required network confirmations.
Always match the network to the address you were given, sending on the wrong chain can
make funds unrecoverable. Costs and minimums are covered on
commission & incentives,
and the flow itself is at deposit.
