Our story
Why we started NOVEDOX
Retail trading has never been more accessible, and rarely less transparent. Spreads are advertised as “from” figures nobody sees in live conditions. Platforms promise institutional execution and deliver a re-skinned white label. Marketing pages list a dozen integrations, half of which are roadmap items dressed up as features.
NOVEDOX started from a simple constraint we set ourselves: the website may only describe what the product actually does today. Anything still in development is labelled as such, on this page and everywhere else. That constraint is inconvenient in marketing terms. It is also the only durable basis for a relationship with someone who is trusting a platform with their capital.
What we are building is a trading terminal that runs in the browser, streams live prices, executes clearly, and explains its own mechanics, margin, swap, slippage, close-out, before you are exposed to them rather than after.
Our mission
To give independent traders a venue where the cost of a trade is knowable in advance, where client money is held separately from the company’s own funds, and where education is treated as part of the product rather than a content-marketing exercise.
Available today
What NOVEDOX actually offers right now
Everything in this section is live in production and available to every registered account. Nothing here is conditional, gated behind a waitlist, or planned.
Web trading terminal
Candlestick charting across multiple timeframes, market and pending orders, stop-loss and take-profit management, partial closes, and a full position and history ledger. All in the browser.
Explore the terminal →Live streaming prices
Real-time forex and cryptocurrency quotes stream continuously into the terminal, the watchlist and the ticker on this site. Prices update without a page refresh.
See markets →Demo and live accounts
A practice account funded with $10,000 in simulated balance opens the moment you register. A live account holds funds you deposit and is subject to identity verification.
Compare accounts →Cryptocurrency deposits
Fund a live account with USDT over the TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20 networks. Deposits are processed through our payment partner NOWPayments and credited once the network confirms.
Deposit guide →Identity verification
Identity checks run through Didit, our verification partner: a government-issued document plus a liveness selfie, checked against the document photo. Email addresses are confirmed by one-time code.
Compliance & safeguards →In-app support chat
The Support Center inside your account is the fastest route for anything account-specific, because your tickets arrive already linked to your account and verification status.

Four principles we hold ourselves to
These are operating commitments rather than slogans. Where a commitment is not yet fully implemented, we say so.
1. Transparency over persuasion
Costs, risks and product limitations are published where you will actually see them. In the terminal, on the deposit screen, and on this website. We do not advertise features that are still in development without labelling them clearly, and we do not quote best-case spreads as though they were typical.
2. Client funds kept separate
Money you deposit is recorded and held separately from the funds NOVEDOX uses to run its own business. Operating costs are never met from client balances. Our approach to segregation is described in full on the compliance page.
3. Honest pricing
The cost of a trade should be knowable before you place it. Spreads are shown live in the terminal, swap charges are disclosed per instrument, and there are no hidden inactivity or “platform maintenance” charges invented after the fact. Where a fee changes, the platform reflects it at the point of use.
4. Education before exposure
Every account starts in demo. We would rather a trader spend a fortnight learning how margin close-out works on simulated money than discover it on live capital. Our education library and risk disclosure are written to be read, not skimmed and dismissed.
Under the hood
How NOVEDOX is built
A trading platform is judged on the parts nobody sees: how fast a price reaches the screen, whether a session survives a flaky connection, and what happens when something fails mid-order. Here is how ours is put together.
All platformsReal-time streaming price feed
Forex and cryptocurrency quotes are streamed continuously rather than polled on a timer, so the chart, the order ticket and your open-position P&L all move off the same tick. The ticker at the top of this page is running on the same feed you are looking at right now.
When a connection drops, the client reconnects and reconciles state rather than silently showing a stale price, a stale quote in a leveraged product is worse than an obvious gap in the data.
A browser-based terminal, deliberately
We chose the browser as the primary surface because it removes an entire class of problems: no installer, no version drift between what you are running and what we shipped, no platform-specific build lagging weeks behind. A security fix or a pricing correction reaches every user on their next page load.
The trade-off is that we must do more work to keep charting and order entry responsive on modest hardware. That is the right trade-off to make, and native apps are on the roadmap for the cases where it is not.
Secure session and account handling
Sessions are server-validated on every privileged action rather than trusted from the browser. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, nobody at NOVEDOX can read your password, and a password reset issues a new credential rather than revealing the old one.
Email addresses are confirmed with a one-time code before deposit facilities are enabled, which stops an account being opened against an address the registrant does not control. Two-factor authentication is in development and is listed in the roadmap below.
Verification and payments through specialist partners
We deliberately do not build our own identity-verification or crypto-settlement stack. Identity checks run through Didit; cryptocurrency deposits are processed through NOWPayments. Both are specialists who do this at a scale and standard we could not match while also building a trading venue.
The practical benefit for you is that identity documents are handled inside a dedicated verification environment, and deposit addresses are generated and monitored by infrastructure built for exactly that job.
In development
What is coming, and not here yet
Every item below is not currently available. We publish them because you deserve to know what the platform is becoming, and because a roadmap you can hold us to is more useful than a feature list you cannot verify. No dates are given for items we cannot yet commit to.
| Feature | Status | What it will do |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawals | In development | Crypto withdrawals to a verified wallet address, gated behind completed identity verification and security checks. Highest priority on our roadmap. |
| Two-factor authentication | In development | Authenticator-app second factor on login and on sensitive account actions, in addition to the existing email one-time codes. |
| Native mobile apps | Planned | iOS and Android applications. Until they ship, the web terminal is fully usable in a mobile browser, see /app. |
| MetaTrader 5 bridge | Planned | MT5 access for traders with existing expert advisors and workflows. See /mt5 for status. |
| cTrader bridge | Planned | cTrader connectivity for depth-of-market and advanced order workflows. See /ctrader. |
| Copy trading | Planned | Allocating a portion of your balance to follow a strategy provider, with transparent published performance. See /copy-trading. |
| Trading API | Planned | Programmatic market data and order placement for systematic traders. See /api. |
Roadmap items are subject to change and are not a commitment to deliver by any particular date. Nothing on this page should be read as a promise that a feature will be released in a specific form.
